Basma Hotel Aswan

Location
Perched on Aswan's highest hill, the hotel is situated overlooking the city and the Nile with fantastic views, especially at night. Opposite the hotel drive is the brand new Nubian Museum of Aswan which is famous for its exhibition of Nubian history of the Christian and Islamic faith.

Rooms
The medium sized rooms are decorated with pastel colours. Tiled floors give the rooms a light and airy feel. All are reasonably equipped and are comfortable. Bathrooms are adequate, in keeping with the class of the hotel.

Restaurant
The large restaurant overlooks the pool. Outside is a terrace and cinema area serving light snacks and refreshments.

General
A good standard of hotel in a superb position.
